- From Marcia: Could you please pray for Joan Pendergast’s family as she has passed. Thank you all for the prayers. She passed away early morning November 3rd. Everyone seems to be holding up right now. Thanks again.
- From Sharon W.: Rose Bursey's brother just passed away. Rose is also battling cancer and appreciates all the prayers for her and her family. She thanks everyone for the gifts and says that it feels like Christmas every day. They have really lifted her spirits. She also feels truly blessed with all the expressions of love from the church family. Hopefully she will be in church next Sunday.
- From Gloria M.: Kris will turn to Maureen or staff or me before she self-injures herself. The doctor feels she has a lot of anxiety and stress. Please pray that her fingernail grows back.
- From Cordelia: Please pray for 12 year-old Pat who is in Children's Hospital. He continues to improve but still has a long road to complete recovery. Please pray for his family too.
- From Diane: Please pray for 2 year-old Olivia who had seizures and is in the hospital. She is battling a tumor.
- Please pray for 7 year-old Nathan Hureau who is staying with his mother Bethan at the Target House near St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis while recovers from his bone marrow transplant.
- From Jim B.: There is a very nice family that I have known for many years, the Ponte family. Their daughter Sabrina is 15 years old. When she was 10, she was diagnosed with a neurological disorder that has impacted her terribly. Her condition hasn’t got any better and they are now told there is no present hope of that ever happening. They have spent years and all their money on doctors and hospitals and finally been told that there is no cure. Sabrina had medication a few years ago that left her close to blind. Last year at school, she fell 4 feet and hit her head. She had a concussion that took months to heal. Ghada has asked me, if I am a praying man, to keep Sabrina in my prayers. I promised her that I would lift her up at Melrose and let our church pray for her. Please pray for God's hand to be on this family and upon this young girl.
- From Kaitie (Atnip) Jackson: A prayer request for my husband, Jarrin Jackson. He leaves Afghanistan this week to start the trip back to the US for a 2-week R&R. Please pray for his safe travel, and for peace throughout the world. Thanks so much! Love to all those at Melrose!
